A Mother's Nature

"follow the light ..."

that's what she heard

in the Earl of Night,

if such a word

damsels at whim

with hair strewn naught

in whispers of him

they danced distraught

"fly, my love, fly ..."

stream silent tears

in three-folded lies

so rest her fears

a mother's cry

love foresaken

in love's try,

love's mistaken

"as moonlight pales ..."

each prince grows

in shades, fairy tales

The End ...

who knows

... a mother's nature

In rhythms to a rise the days shall follow ... each Yesterday, each Tomorrow.   -  Ct/05
