Sailing away on a summer morning
I left my darling by the foam near shore.
Tales from my heart had issued a warning:
By leaving I could think of Love no more.

Still hearts were thrown on the rivers of stone
As I never did care for Cupid's might.
A thousand knew what we already known
With the bonds of love all tied way too tight.

And so it was that I left all her hope
To escape opression on waves of pain.
The symbols of the night set some cruel joke
As purpose of voyage ended in vain.

For on the waves did roam a Pirate Queen,
And Love proved again what it had once been.

Poetry is just the evidence of life.
If your life is burning well, poetry is just the ash. "

sometimes it's hard to leave but best
and sometimes coming back is hard too
but sometimes you find out wherever you are is where you were supposed to be all along
