something --
humanity

A fascinating vignette! A moment in time captured through your seeing mind.

P.S. Is this truly a tanka? I thought a tanka was 5,7,5 then closed with 7,7? Whatever the form, you certainly conveyed a great deal with an economy of words!

Not quite a Tanka but a great thought provoking write.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.
