A Rainbows End

I slid me down a rainbows bend
Landed flush a rainbows end
And looked around to my surprise
To see another rainbow rise

I shook my head the climb was steep
I questioned me its time and reap
And stared the mist of colors blend
And weather I could reach its end

Sour grapes my psyche said
I must be dreaming and in bed
Who can climb an endless bend?
And then another at its end

I know the prime of me was lost
I can’t afford the time or cost
I’ll close my eyes another wend
A better bend a better end

And so it is with every choice
You hear that little nagging voice

Sy, you just never know what's around the bend..
It just might be the rainbow's end.
Much enjoyed the read~
Have a wonderful Sunday.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

Sliding down rainbows
and climbing up mist
For me to do that
I'd have to be (inuberated)

I rather think
those grapes of sour
were sampled by you
in day's final hour

For when you're dreaming
and in bed
it's amazing the colours
you see in your head

But careful as
the way you wend
for wine can send you
round this bend

I hope this little
nagging voice
shows you're the poet
of my choice!

That little nagging voice is a bother, sometimes, isn't it? But, you know, I have a lot of faith in you.
