Pour more soldiers in
pour them in.
Take a bite and drink their blood.
Coat their bones with oil
and pour them in.

Dump our children in
dump them in.
Make more money, make more war.
Grind our children up
and dump them in.

Pour more soldiers in
pour them in
To that deep, black hole
as big as Texas.

Take a lesson folks -- THIS is how to do polemic verse!

You write it tight not trite, with imagery that jumps off the page, grabs the reader like a pit bull, and refuses let go. THAT's when you get your point across!
