Deep in the heart

so many emotions clash
thoughts fly through your mind

memories abound
selfish wishes come to fore
all normal my dear
~*~
God’s grace always there
hard to see with heavy heart
that’s where faith comes in
~*~
we’ll be here for you
to listen to your writing
for we poets feel
~*~
brothers and sisters
reading and writing jointly
sharing life’s travails
