Upon The Pastel Wall

I viewed a picture
of a man and a woman,
all wrapped up
within a fishing net.
He looking towards heaven,
and she, her hands and face
buried in his chest.
As they lay in shallow water
I thought perhaps
some tears had fell,
some in happiness,
some in sorrow,
each tear a tender
story to tell.
