Holding on to this deep seclusion

Wishing for something better

Knowing how it will end

Not taking a step in either direction

The mind plays games as well as a child

Unrelenting, and teasing me

I wonder if its possible

Or if its smoke and mirrors

Should I let it go there?

Knowing what it could be

Or am I too late?

And now its what could have?

Something stirs inside

But everything holds me back

If you only knew

Instead all emotions I hide

Am I completely obvious?

Sometimes I wish I was

What I wouldn't give

And what I have already

I wonder if you already know?

Or if I'm wasting my breath

I'm not sure what keeps me going

Anticipating from here where to go?

I am pulled to either side

Asking if its just a crush

Or if this is something real?

Is there some sort of guide?

I can't bare to lose

But how can lose something that I never had?

Starting to feel pathetic

Wishing it was black and white, and which one to choose

The choices we make shape our tomorrow

Everything tells me take that chance

While reasoning tells me no

Is it worth finding out? or will it be sorrow?

If you only knew what you have done

You've trapped me in this world

Of hopeless, and untrue

My heart stays, my mind takes a run

How can I resist this urge inside?

Should I go on?

I think I am just my wasting time

Letting go of all the pride

I am timid, and shy

In time will it all come together?

Should I let things be?

Or give it a try?

"Is it worth finding out? or will it be sorrow?"

Curiosity is what killed the cat,
but hesitation is confusion, and your worst enemy.

Compelling write.  Enjoyed the read.
