Hail of the Humans

Demonic men filled with
snarky bits of satire
will drop from the sky
to tell us how to float
and be generally buoyant
characters.

Brainwaves slapped by a sac
full of painless whiplash
to wake up the senses;
release the juices,
make them
stain less cherry
while riding
on sheets into the wind.

And I said to the devil, "You better leave my spleen alone."
