In filtering sunlight through a film, particulates of dust
enhance the spectrum we behold, our sight do we entrust?
For magic has revealed its' hand through fingers splayed in light,
as questions entertained at dawn replace the fading night.

"What spell is this that has been cast?" In lieu of a reply,
are wisps of clouds transformed to flame to captivate the eye.
In times long past did wizards seek to claim the power of dawn
while royalty and common folk dismissed it with a yawn?

Out of the blue, beyond the pale, perhaps outside our ken
on mornings when the firestorms are overhead again
the silent wonder dawn imparts inspires such questioning
though words and phrasing may have changed we seek one common thing.

By having witnessed secrets here, do questions which occur,
originate within ourselves or outside as it were?

Very much enjoyed the read.
Well done poet Sir.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

Your beautiful words are proof that they originated inside you, where we touch truth and beauty.

Enchantress, passing shadows, Margherita, Denise,

Thank you!
Somewhere in time on the yellow brick road
lies Eternity, not too far from where the sun shines in Philadelphia.

Nightshade, This Diamond, SmartChick, Roniece Dawson-Bruce,

And, Thank You!
Just out of reach, by triangulating a position equidistant from Michigan, Qklahoma, and Sydney Australia our roving poet/reporter drops in to thank...

garysgirl, arthur, and Honeybunch,
who have been waiting patiently for a reply
in their respective countries of the USA (Florida), England, and South Africa.

My Thanks to you all.
Doc
