left on a whisper
leaving your Mozart behind
reverberating

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

So beautifully melancholic, dear Capo. A favorite voice or tune will echo into forever and reverberate within a heart as a cherished moment of light.

Music fills the soul
when all around is silence
memories live on

Yes my dear Margherita, so many voices and so many tunes. Of them all, only a few still resonate in the ear of my mind.

Thanks so much for your reply and the lovely poetry which you included.

Allow me to reciprocate mon cher:

Rice paper doorway
A chorus of bamboo flutes
Touch of a woman

...Voices, tunes and tearful goodbyes.

Au revoir mon amie

... "a chorus of bamboo flutes ... and tearful goodbyes" ... bleeding hearts that long for healing, maybe for a lifetime.

The sweetness of the tune of love still roams the spheres of evermore.

And in its never ending orbit it just brushed my own heart, see the power of your words.

You're very kind dear Margherita.

Molte grazie mio amico (Don't be offended my friend, I like to learn).

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

It pleases me, caro Capo, that you love to learn, as long as we enjoy new knowledge we feel the freshness of youth, at least in our mind, which is of utmost importance and affects also our bodies positively.

You said it well, amico mio, but as I am a woman, it should be "amica mia".

Arrivederci!

Now that's worth a slap in the face my dear!

Go ahead, let me have it amica mia!

Say, now that you're through slapping me, have you heard of the new economical car built in Italy? It's called the 'Arrivederci'.They say it's a "good buy" in any language.

Okay, let me have it on the other side!

You're a doll!

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

No slapping in the face, caro Capo. For fun I might pinch your earlobe at the most.

You play well with words and being English a foreign language for me sometimes I am confused. But like you I love to learn ...

Arrivederci .... swiiiiiiiiishhhh I am already around the corner ... those economical cars do not disappoint at all.

Buona notte e sogni d'oro! Good night and sweet dreams.

Margherita
