Whenever the sky is grey And feels like gloom It brings me down I can safely assume I look upon the horizon In the beauty of sunrise Dawn There within it's colours The inspiration embraces me I can carry on Sometimes tears take over my face I feel lost inside Sometimes anxiety takes over In public , in private I can't hide I feel pain and lonely Only once in awhile, it's true But I 'm pleased to have God with me And blessed by what He can do I strive to be of Positive Mind I love where that is at It's my belief My Spirit and Soul Are at home in that Somehow my perserverence Gives me inner strength I'm the person I am And I 'm determined to be good at length I know I am special That isn't a lie I know my gifts I try to heal rifts I want to help others I enjoy being happy Rather than sigh I know right from wrong I know where I belong I enjoy prayer and praise In Word and Song Faith Keeps Me Strong... ©PurplePenButterfly2011 |
