Feeling like a princess in his Garden of Eden
She waits to be awakened by his touch
Brushing softly across her golden skin
Calming the inhibitions that lie within

Gently he guides her to swirling waters below
Sweetened by sandalwood and shades of the vine
Where Souls stay hidden in a jungle so near
Trying to protect what they hold so dear

Two hearts alone in a world man made
Struggling to keep what God has created
Till nature dictates when it is time to return
In the knowing they will forever yearn

Moments escape you and opportunities lost
And all you wish for is Again Again
Two young lovers with memories leaden
Will always remain in his Garden of Eden

A most beautiful romantic write!

Ahh, yes the yearning for Eden is constant.

I loved this and sure would like to see it below a picture of an old couple holding hands.  I always put a picture in my mind to the words, and this sure made me smile, a very warm and wonderful smile.

I think this is filled with great imagery.  I can just see an older couple sitting on their porch and holding hands...or standing on a beach with fingers entwined.

Beautiful words!

This:

"Moments escape you and opportunities lost
And all you wish for is Again Again"

struck me.  Very nice lines.
