A Moment of Time /Melton

When my mother comes to visit
she brings her loving smile.
Never do we talk,
she stays just a little while.

It is always nice when she comes,
she visits in my mind.
She’s my comforting dream -
seized in a moment of time.

Each Mother’s day is special
like none other,
a day I like to
remember my mother.

I'm glad your mother still comes if only in your mind. There are some people that are just too special to leave forever. I had a nice Mother's Day today with my daughters and their families and remembering my darling son. Love, Joyce

Melton: Enjoyed your poem and glad you hae such nice memories of your mother. My family was very kind to me yesterday and it was a really nice time together.
