this is just a free verse I wrote trying to just spill whatever was on my mind at the time...humanity is full of fear but we are always struggling to overcome something we all share and know too well...

blindly falling to submit,
peasants under the gun.
the more want, the more need.
extinct our need.

the greed
that blissful feeling,
to embrace power.
feel purpose
of liberty
of life.

this touch of the soul we all share,
incapable of balance.
our defeat of oneself.
for he who cannot reach within.

incapable of control,
this ignorance of passion,

survival.
