skidish and afraid

broken by the pain

only pieces remain

scared of the light scared of the dark

it doesnt even know where to start

the pain overshadows the love

youd have to give it a good shove

trusting no feeling or thought

knowing only how its faught

too many battles proving nothing but that its not good enough

having barely made it through the rough
