~For Adrian~ You told me how you felt last night, And I must say I was stunned. Because we were sitting in my living room, Waiting for my husband. I’m still not sure what to think, you’re one of his best friends. All I can say is if not for him, This would have a different end… Don’t get me wrong at all, I do adore that man. My world revolves around his kiss, And he’ll always have my hand. But I do think about it sometimes, How it would be with you. You say you shouldn’t love me, But… I love you, too. I’m not saying that I’ll leave him, Believe me, I won’t. I know I shouldn’t think of you, But that doesn’t mean I don’t. And I adore my lover, I’ll always love him more. But there’s some of my love saved up, And it’s pretty much yours. Don’t get me wrong at all, I do adore my man. My world revolves around him, And he’ll always have my hand. But I think about it sometimes, How it would be with you. You say you shouldn’t love me, But… I love you, too. I’m not saying that it’s right, But I’m not sure that it’s wrong. That I’ll go on loving both of you, My whole life long. Don’t get me wrong, I love that man. And I love him so much more, He’ll always have my hand. But I definitely think about it, How it would be with you. You say you shouldn’t love me, But… I love you, too. You say you shouldn’t love me, But… I love you, too. ~Here's a little explanation about this one, for those of you who know me and my fiance. One of our good friends, Adrian, recently told me that he loves me. And, as it turns out, I love him back. Not nearly as much as I love Peter, and there's no chance at all of me leaving Peter. The boy's stuck with me, hehehe. But I do love Adrian, and this is for him.~ Do the day, and let the day do you. - S. King |
