Lies

She sobs and cries
As her spirit dies
He raises his hand
And it sharply flies

She falls to the floor
Crawls to the door
He kicks her aside
And hits her some more

“Stop, stop!” she pleads
Yet he pays no heed
Then he walks off laughing
And leaves her to bleed

She limps to the bed
Lays down her head
Closes her eyes
And wishes she was dead

Heavy footsteps draw near
She wipes off her tears
He opens the door
And she’s laced with fear

His blue eyes are glazed
He seems very dazed
He halts in front of her
Bloody fist raised

The he looks down
Faced etched in a frown
He takes a deep breath
And lets his fist down

“I love you,” he sighs
Then slowly he cries
“It wont happen again.”
But she sees through his lies

They're not lies. Just how he sees the truth at the moment.
I've never been so truly angry before. No one has that right! No one should be allowed to do things like that.

He does love you. Even if he hurts so often there is no way you could believe it. Stay strong and be safe. Library.

Frank is right.. He will notice of what he has done.. It might be hard for him to stop.. It hurts him more then you think.. Give him a chance but don't let your gaurd down...
