I felt myself dissuaded My strings detached from his Distanced day by day until Nothing left as is Once joined in head and mind and heart But single shuns that time The pieces from the others hearts Will have a part of mine And in some quiet memory My heart remembers still The wonders that once used to be Were as good as those of real So no-because my heart has Given up this road As it saw you first departed You broke both heart and code But blame is not the missing key With master to be found Instead, I wish unburdened heart For myself this round So since my heart- and quick my mind Are all but numb to you I think that, though confusion builds There’s nothing I can do "Lucy: I think you are the most selfish person on the planet. George: Well that's just silly. Have you met everyone on the planet?" |
