Quickness There’s a word in your mind That keeps you occupied With the thoughts of the thoughts Of one me And I’m tired and I’m sleeping In the quiet you can’t see me And I’m talking so fast You believe I can’t stand I can’t lay I can’t say what to say So I’m done with this now This still game So say what you want I don’t care if you flaunt Every trait that you think That you got I just want a stillness A place where my will is Respected as part Of the list So I wrote oh so strange For you both in this day And I’m sorry we’re Never arranged and in the daylight i miss the nightmare- but deathly fear it in the dark of night |
