I cringe, but force the knife still deeper
Such a horrid ripping pain

Torture tears at all I believe
I began with hopes to gain

Now all I feel is torture and pain
Amore is a simple phrase

But a many many layered thing
Coals that warm, or fires that blaze

I began to love I know that is true
And then, well, what could I do

Foolishly I planned to bring her to me
Knowing we would part

Now I cringe, and force the knife still deeper
I’m cutting out my heart

Yep you got it Kate. My storys just a little less complicated, I have seven or eight rivals so it should be easy enough just to drop out and let it all run by.
Should, but at the time I wrote this that course of action felt sooo painful.
It's just she was so open and I began to love her like a sister before I realy had any choice in the matter. After that well, getting her out of my head is still hard, and I don't realy want to. Then I see her hurting and I want to help, I want to be as open with her as she was with me...but if I am that means my feelings to. The thought scares me and well...if she went after me...(shudder).
Sorry that just sort of came out.

fumm you're in steve's shoes alright, he's only got four rivals, so 5 guys vying for me, how fun . . . lol.
yea- do her a favor and fade out, from expirence, women really (speaking as a woman) need and love to be loved- the more love you give the type that she is the more she'll feel she needs it and it will be hard for her- and then harder for you b/c you don't want to let her b/c she doesn't want to let you go, and then one day you'll wake up and realize that maybe she's not the right one- even though she's incredible and wonderful and kind and sweet and lovely, and a good match- she won't be THE ONE you know? and you'll love her- oh how you'll love her- die, live, breathe, survive at her command, but you messed with the plan, you'll see that though you have a wonderful life- it was ment for you and someone else.

Well I don't want to fade out of her life completely. It's a hard balance to strike, to love her as I do now (too much understanding you know) and sit on the sidlines as other men take their stab and fail miserably. Knowing what I could be to her if I gave in ANY effort at all.
The fact that shes a Witch and I'm a Mormon helps I just sit back and let things go.
