Okay i was sitting in history bored out of my mind and while my history techer was lecturing i wrote this little poem...

Out of this cold, worn out heart
Begains a new start

My subtle tears, begain to dry
With this new hope, I will try

Try to bring hope and light
To this sad, depressing sight

My passions fire will burn once again
To dry away all the rain

From the ashes, flowers will bloom
This empty void, fills the room

Zach

That makes a lot of sense, however, do not put yourself down. You are equally as good as any 'poet' that posts on here and far better than you think / give yourself credit for.

For a long time I used to write and worry how my stuff was accepted or percieved. Then one day I woke up to the fact that it made no sense to concern myself with how people reacted because everyone will see what I do differently.  Worrying about these things is not going to make any difference at all....hope you can follow my menadering there?

Have good day Son...

Cheers

John

nice work on this, it's like rekindling passions once again, for someone who lost his passion, due to any reasons, i hope he will have the chance to be like this.
