A little bird whispers in the ear Gossip spread the pains, joys,and fears It's a virus commin after the soul Watch the monster devour them whole Transformed into what many despise Then take some rejection with a confused surprise An angry beast unleashed on the innocent All started on words of false pretense Accuse the innocent of what you've done Look in the mirror only able to run Scared of the truth, Complacent with lies Intervention comes, the cure hurts the most Deal with your fears, your demons, your ghosts Then as all the emotions erupt You can stop it all if you JUST SHUT UP. |
