I took it to heart When you said I was the start Of a new beginning Then we grew apart With your tantrum stitched depart Another new ending It isn’t you it’s me It isn’t you it’s me That’s what they always say That’s what they always say Mind and love move to another Staring down your loaded gun Victims wait to be smothered With your mind changing fun Teenage hypocrisy Always more fish in the sea He will give me fame I’ll delay the crying game I want it all He’ll give me money But he won’t think it’s funny When I take it all It isn’t you it’s me It isn’t you it’s me That’s what they always say That’s what they always say Mind and love move to another Staring down your loaded gun Victims wait to be smothered With your mind changing fun Teenage hypocrisy Always more fish in the sea |

not to sure what the poem means...you lost me when you brought the gun part in...obviously metaphorical (i hope)...please explain -J |

ya, its metaphorical =) basically the partner who is holding the gun is the one who is "playing" the other one, hence he/she is about to end the others life in the relationship |

because it is about how teenagers always fall in love, but never commit. they go into relationships without loving, yet they still say it. they are hypocrites. i guess i should say we, im only 18 |
