Pieces Of A Broken Heart It’s too late too apologize Whats done is done We are finally over Now my life has begun You hurt me so bad Cut scares that still remain Now it’s all over I’m done with felling pain You got what you wanted You knew deep down you would But now I’m giving up Like every broken hearted girl should Your bags are packed beside the door Its time for you too leave You’ve said your goodbyes Its now time for me to grieve So I grab another bottle of jack And I keep drinkin til I cant walk Slowly feel better Until you say we need to talk So cry away your tears Sing away your pain Its your fault we’re over Because you drove me insane So take a look closer Those are just figments of my broken heart No More abusive phone calls I’ve finally got a new start |

"You got what you wanted You knew deep down you would But now I’m giving up Like every broken hearted girl should" -this was my favourite part, the last line especially, i agree with this so much, and yet i continue to hold on. a beautiful poem. That was a good poem. I'm glad your relationship is over if it was abusive no matter who you are you deserve better. Nothing's worse than the guy who tells you all the thing's that's wrong with you. It's so easy for them to hide the abuse. Stay strong and move on. You'll find someone better. I’m good during the day. But at night I wait.I wait for the one who’ll never return. |
