A pain within myself. I can still remember holding you in my arms Caressing your soft skin and loving your new charms Sleeping next to you looking into your beautiful eyes While I sadly put on a happy disguise I can smell on you the scent of nature’s perfume While I hold you one last time, for now you are out of my womb Goodbye was the hardest thing to say my child Especially to see I was the first person to have seen, when you first smiled I don’t know how to replace all those lost years But please forgive me for acting out my youthful fears I was a teenager confused and alone Maybe it’s too late to tell you that my maturity has grown I am sorry for all that I have lost I didn’t think that one day your life would be the cost Take this rose that I lay on your grave And know that to guilt I am now its slave! I totally agree,the hardest desiconsions suck && I know this for shure since losing my 2 Best friends Life is normally a broken road....so look ahead for the cracks! |
