Like a Hand into a Glove

Your sudden actions,
So hard to predict
I’m able to cope,
But I wonder if you can

Keep your eyes open
And I’ll keep mine shut
And together we’ll fit
Like a hand into a glove

The ring on my finger
So simple and culture common
Yet it means so much
Because your touch has changed it

I’m the same today
As I have been yesterday
But I wonder if you noticed
The changes you’ve made

Keep your eyes shut
And I’ll be the look out now
And together we’ll rest
And watch in nightly turns

I miss your voice in my ear
And it’s only been
Little more than an hour
Since I’ve heard you speak

Keep your eyes open
And I’ll keep mine shut
And together we’ll fit
Like a hand into a glove

some very good lines here. I especially like:
