I am Adele Vice

It’s a feeling that no one could dictate
Not Poe nor Wilde know the word
Angelou and Dickenson, at loss, would wait
It has a name, which is absurd

There’s a key in the universe that unties
The lock that holds It in
In silence one could pass by
The box that holds the sin

Vice some may say
But who could tell what others leak?
Unable to betray
The deed of which no one will speak

Hold on Adele, life will come
You’re memories don’t remember
When you were so close to done
Those cold days in December

One more moment will being it close
To give your hand or take it back
You’re gaining nothing but odd foes
Adele, darling, you’re giving your lack
