The Mêlée

Stray to the light
No darkness can touch
The things the light exposed

And the shadows move
To their own design and accord
That no man can riddle

The mountains cower
And the gloom gives way
To the impending ray of light

In the physical form
In the mind and spirit forms too
Black and White battle

Purging of unclear and hazing
Admittance of murk and grime
Flowing and ebbing like the sands of time

Powers that force into each other
The light may lose the battle
But dark always loses the war

"I thought I'd just mention in passing . . . I always wanted a Sparkly of my very own." -Jeremy The Crow

"The light may lose the battle
But dark always loses the war"

Though i liked the whole thing, these were my favorite lines. I liked the emotion in this one Good poem!

So no more hiding all your pain, you deserve a new start. That's why i'm closing myself away, this is a message from your heart.
