this ones all for you jess. or should i say "revenge is mine"? lol

i was battered and torn
with no more life left to live.
i was ready to give up,
because i thought you were gone again.
because even though your not here,
i still feel for you.
what will it take for me to show you,
that i am speaking truth?

you left without a word,
and it still hurts me to this day.
i know you had good reason.
but even a boodbye would have been okay.

i know its hard to believe
that i still feel for you.
i want to know your problems,
do you still want more proof?

i would give my own heart
just to see your face,
to wrap you in my arms,
and hold you in my embrace.

the tempest may be over,
but im still standing strong,
i dont want you to ever leave again.
because without you i feel wrong.
