I used to be the one, That couldn’t care less. Always wanting for it to be done, So I could turn and look for the best. You were always the one, That wanted me forever. Said I was like your sun, And you would never find anyone better. You knew the perfect way, To handle my trust Until you threw it all away To be lost in the dust. You said that drunk was no excuse For the millions of tears I shed. I said that it was just no use, Trying to get through to your head. Always claimed it was all on me, For our relationships end. He never knew that he meant so much to me, And now I feel my hearts wounds will never mend. |
