Literary Characters

Members of literary fiction have it the easiest of all
Feelings of love and heartbreak appear at the writers call
A rollercoaster ride that ends with the last lyrical word
Of a manuscript turned book thus became read and heard

Simple and usually obvious, the worlds though which they live
Never a day in reality do they bear, or a thought to it they give
What if the sun didn’t rise- the hero would make all reformed
It leaves all of the audience happied, their hearts momentarily warmed

The blood and toil of a book weaver- word lacer, riddled with emotion
All her words have a movement that bring the desired feel and motion
I feel trapped in a book- what a novel my poor life might become
And what a price to pay for a literal work of language- a small petty sum

So, what is my chance? The one I may have to live a literary reality
It’s gone up in the smoke of the book you’re burning in spite of my plea
Tired of little things dictating my life’s very goals and purposes I plan
I’m trying, my very best- but it seems all fails even when I do the best I can

ive never really read any kind of poetry like this. its unique in its own way, and i kinda dig it...alot

i liked this one alot it was very well written and i liked how you spaced it out and how it was about characters from literature i loved it alot it was fantastic

aw thanks, nothing like nice words to make me feel all toasty and warm inside.
