indulgence....ahhhh, yes...indulgence.

we have all seen the greed of man in politics,
with the hate and cheap dirty lies.
the way they just let poverty go,
and let the average working class die.
the way there hipocracy swells,
in the media, literature, and text books as well.
as were raised to give them our blood, sweat, and tears,
all in exchange for a lifetime of fears.

this is all the product of indulgence.
not of just one man, and one man alone,
but of all men who value money over life.

this was a way to describe the modern man or atleast thats how i see it and it fits sooo well nice job

Ah, ha.. yes I totally aggree. I liked your poem, it really appealed to me. Totally in tune wiht my thoughts on politics and all that crap. Way to be! Your an awesome writter
