I need it seems to just write what I feel
No pattern appeals to me directly
What I think must be spoken
All things are well
Or so I thought
Before sadness my heart did wrought
Links in my chain broken
But they mend
No wound lasts a lifetime
Unless of course you seek it to not heal
Then you are foolish
Our wounds are meant to teach.
Oh adolescence
You bring upon me feelings
That I think I have
Yet I learn truer and truer every day
That I have felt nothing
But nothing is worth something another day
So what I see is hope
Coming cross the horizon
Piercing all that drags behind
Severing all ties that mar the mind
Low and behold the soul that has sold
Its freedom to another man
Freedom is what we must maintain
If we strive to ascertain
The grasp worth mentioning
On things we may understand
I do what I can
This may make no sense
But I’ve written worst since
So this is the end
Blah
