If only a simple poem
Could grasp my thoughts of you
Maybe you could see my love ,
And maybe you could love me too.

If only a simple stanza
Would tell the truth of me
Maybe my thoughts would be open,
For you to someday see.

If only a simple line
Would show you how I feel
Maybe we could go back
And forgett this big ordeal.

If only a simple phrase
Could catch the corner of your eye
Then maybe we could start again,
And give it another try.

If only this dull pencil
Could find the words I want to say
Then maybe you could see,
I don't want it to be this way.

Aw, that was really well structured. i love how u did the whole "simple poem, phrase, line stanza and pencil" thing. that really made this poem great!
