I am sick of this feeling and cannot escape
cut through this plastic that I am wrapped up in,
enable me to take in the oxygen that will set me free.

Without your help I am coated in scars
remove them from my heart and let me be whole yet again.

I know your past with the other girls
take away these memories and let me just be in love with you and not have to worry if I will be treated the same or not.

My sudden realization of the feelings I have for you may have come as a shock to you, they may have also come too late... please just tell me whether or not I am too late so I can sleep at night once more.
