What could have been never will be
Everything that was is lost
You deserve it you know
It was you who ruined us
But somehow I can't let go

I passed by you today
Felt tears in my eyes
Just brushed 'em away
All in all, I guess it was never real
It was just a fantasy
With great appeal
You were like a drug
So horribly addicting
No more than a bug

I passed by you today
Really wanted to forgive you
There just wasn't a way
I still love you, however insane
And it kills me
To know you must not feel the same
I'm dead, can't you tell
Screaming your name
Trapped in this Hell

I passed by you today
Don't think you even noticed
But I'm still gonna pray
That I can forgive it all
Without you I'm nothing
Just building up walls
How can I pretend not to care
When I still love you
But the feeling can't be shared

Can't pass by you anymore
Because you're killing me you see

Aww, how sweet. Broken hearted and yet so filled with longing to be whole again. Clasic, no? Good job.

Oh wow, just wow. I really think this poem by you was really amazing. The repitition of the phrase at the beginning of each stanza was brilliant, and I don't know how to explain, but I can just relate to this poem so much.
Going in my library, for sure.
