As often happens
with people in the trade,
Bones has his sullen moments.

If the truth were known,
Bones just plain turns sullen.

He’s standing out
Front and Girard,
trying to catch a ride.

He’s out there
with Marika’s little brother
Lajcsi,

Bones even has little Lajcsi
in a rotten mood.

Marika comes on by,
notices the boys
are kind of down.

“Yo, youse two,
come on over ere,
I wanna speak wit youse.

What’s wit da sour mush,
youse ain’t gonna score big dat way.

Put a smile on yur mugs,
or I’ll come over der
en smack ya silly.”

Oh, yes the attitude! Marika, being a girl, of course understood this perfectly and gave you a reminder.

But then, no one is immune to sullen moments ... so good when friends are around who know the way of restoring a smile. A threat of smacks equals to a tender caress sometimes in the outcome.

Nice work.

Love,
Margherita

Thanks dear Margherita,

Yes, Marika was always a very wise, and beautiful, young lady.  We all miss her.

Love Bobby
