Once she tempted the major arcana,
unknown into the depths of loves fate.
Lacking in truth,
waning in youth,
tempting destiny before it's too late.

The gypsy's eyes traveled deep into hers,
grasping her spirit from within.
I see your pain,
as you try to regain,
the trust you once had with him.

First turn of the hand of foretelling,
Ace of Swords for her desire to belong.
doing what's right,
what's fair is the fight,
cutting confusion and righting a wrong.

Second turn of the hand foretelling,
The Lovers, for their union once blessed,
Your love was deep,
your heart he did keep,
and your heart in his hands he possessed.

Third turn of the hand of foretelling,
The Tower for his current life demise.
Suffering in mire,
his own hands did transpire,
choices made in the past so unwise.

Fourth turn of the hand of foretelling,
Queen of Cups for his reveal of love for you,
Tender with love,
in high regard above,
you are his strength, and his love so true.

She placed her hand upon the gypsy's arm,
and brought her thoughts to her lips once more.
What of our lives,
can our love survive,
the turmoil that's cast up on our shore?

The final turn of the hand of foretelling,
Nine of Cups, the outcome of such of a spar.
Your hopes are true,
promise comes to you,
your dream that you wished once upon a star.

As she arose from the gypsy's table,
her thoughts and her heart mingled one.
Perhaps she was wrong,
forgiveness he needed all along,
and her hopes and dreams again became as bright as the sun.

Rex;   Thanks for the read, glad you liked it! With my luck I am sure
the cards would tell me a different story. lol. I'll just stick with
playing solitaire, it's safer lol.
