tonight the moon is shining brightly
i wonder if staring up at it reminds you of me.
then again, i doubt if you ever have time
to look at the sky and wonder where i am..

nobody in this world can really just stop loving someone.
it's not true that people can just wake up fallen out of love.
it's never that easy to let go of a feeling you held deep in your heart.
distance is never an excuse why people inlove
suddenly grows apart.

i go to bed and close my eyes tightly
when i heard your voice the other day
it was clear that your already happy
i dont intend to interfere in your new plans
i knew that everything's going to change
the moment you walked out of my door
and though in the past i swore to love you,
these things you said today
wont hurt me anymore..

nobody can really just stop loving someone.
no one can just learn to live without the one's who left
and we just try to hide the pain inside a shelf
that makes it even harder to forget.

and we never really say were done with love,
we say it's over yet inside we know it is'nt
we dont just change our mind on what our heart's truly feel
we say we moved on, yet were hurting still..

I think a lot of people say they're in love, but move on with seeming ease... while most of us keep those chapters held in our hearts... even when we must turn the page. *S*
