We can’t seem to resist the attraction
Forces work to bring together
Opposites built up in abstraction
Forging the ties that will not sever

The closer we are, the force is too much
The pull becomes too hard to stop
Inexorable towards each other’s touch
We resist and deny until we drop

Descending into the other’s gravity
Orbiting in ever tighter spiral
This pull has an entire hold on me
Diseased and contagious viral

The strength is failing, for us to fight
Getting harder the nearer we come
Sun setting on us on this velvet night
Finally we give in and join as one

I love the concepts this write portrays...really liked this part:

"Descending into the other’s gravity
Orbiting in ever tighter spiral"

Magnetism has never been written better! *S* (I almost said it's never been written "more beautifully" but "Diseased and contagious viral" made me rethink. LOL)

Most excellent write! *S*
