Blinds

Day's genesis
peels skin,
thieving obscurity,
bleeding rays across windows
too drawn to dream.

Heather,  would those be horizontal, or vertical?

Makes me wonder?

Ah but who wants to be obscure for very long?
This is a great little trip into the light of penetrating sun.

Get up be happy here it comes!

Well written.

BC,
Thanks for taking a stroll between the lines with me.

Eric,
My mom is a raging insomniac and I am afraid the penetrating sun would bore a hole into her forehead, lol. And obscurity, well, sometimes it can be a cage and sometimes it can give you wings

angellea,
*winks back*
*giggles*

Midnite,
If I smiled with my lids closed then everyone would want to know what I was grinnin' about : )

I think of night, being peeled away to the skin of day.  Great inspiration.
Smooth presentation here.
