        Forest Dawn

wilderness spring morning
quiet moment out of time
one butterfly dancing
in a fickle breeze
tin cup coffee
far from home

Spring in the wilderness, I would love to see it again. Your poems are the next best thing, Bruce.

this was just a tiny impressionistic 'slice' of the
'life' of a field geologist (yes...camping indeed!)

Note to self: Get the tent ready! *S*

Tent-camping may not give the best sleep... but dawn's beauty is worth the aches! LOL

Dear Bruce,
this brings such wonderful dawn emotions. You know the magic of dawn and how you share it is our blessing.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 3000th post. I think you might not have realized that it happened with your most kind reply on my latest poem.

It is such a pleasure to have you on Pip, dear Universalist!

Love,
Margherita
