Fear comes in the night
Fear comes in the day
Fear robs you of might
Fear has you under sway

Courage, a scarce resource
Courage whose bane is love
Courage, death without remorse
Courage, fear naught above

Love will steal your breath
Love has come unbidden
Love has tempted death
Love will always kill him

Hate is a fire cold
Hate it will release
Hate, a power of old
Hate will never leave

Sadness, time consuming tumor
Sadness, what humans shall remember
Sadness sapping life of humor
Sadness, water on the embers

Note: Sorry for posting so consecutively. I'll make up for it, promise!
