When little Bones
hits the street
for a night of work,
he never knows just what
he’s going to run into.

Sometimes,
but rarely,
it’s easy—
like skimming
the cream
off the top.

Most times
it’s hard work,
it hurts way much,
the pain can be
excruciating,
and it’s dangerous—
many times,
he barely escapes
with his life.

The saga of Bones makes one feel so deeply sorry for the poor boy but then you portray it all so vividly yet succinctly. One can't help but feel bad for him.

Great work Bobby.

Thanks Eric,

It's good to feel bad for Bones.  That's the way it should be.

Thanks for reading and your thoughtful comment.
