This is intended as a Valentine's Day gift for my beloved in Scotland so please tell me your opinions before I set it to print and post. Thanks guys.

Shadow and light entwine in the evening,
Mournful clouds with a lovers moon,
Twilight passion play on a dark stage
Come take my hand, grant me this boon.

Follow me through the silver fir trees
Threads of starlight light our path,
A breathless adventure through spring woods
You tilt your head and gaily laugh.

Luna mercury from the shrouded heavens
Softly plays upon your face,
Illuminating a seraphic visage,
I’m lost in love as we embrace.

As shadow and light we intertwine
Within this sacred glade we’ll stay
On lavender scented bracken stages
Enact our twilight passion play.

Dedicated to Shannon Rose Kelly, my beloved.

Never sigh for a better world, it's already composed, played and told.

Oh, Luke, I love it, as surely your Shannon will love it too!

And I also adore the three new words I learned: boon, glade, bracken ... such romantic scenery!!

A beautiful Valentine, no doubt!

Love,
Margherita

Very romantic, Luke. Send it, for it reads straight from the heart.

I hope you sent this, Luke. I haven't been on the site for a few days so I just read it and know that Shannon would love it.
