      Winter Night (#2)

Following the flow
of icy moonlight
(with only the sound
of the winter wind)
through a thousand
nameless valleys,
peaceful emptiness
pervades the exhausted
spirit and troubled mind,
(trials of all the passing
days forgotten)
as darkness fills
an ancient urn to the
   brim.

Yo Secondhanddreampoet,

Some of my winter nights are best forgotten, and I have.

I hope they never come again.

Mmmm!  The peace in this is seeping into my heart and soul, and dropping my tensed shoulders.

Wow!  I have just had an idea!  I am off to email Kacy (copy to you) about it!
