I make the pita wraps
for kids
I am hippy dancing queen
I want to squeeze the sweet cream cheese
clapping inbetween these dreams

"power to the people"
pleased
power to the pieces
peace

I am hippy

dancing queen...

They laugh at me
the old hippy
pronouncing power of the grape

gasping at the long edge sleeve
much too close to flame...

I show 'em how to wrap the breads
like a long burrito'd dread
with some pork and beef between
sharp cheddar and some sour cream

laughing lashes under wreath
of the oaken crown I keep

sacred to the us of all.

With munch machines of pepper greens
browned in butters of the clean
churnings of the udderings
whistling release of home

with greens splayed from garden-gate
haunching in the flouring
KING
of all we've ever known
rolled beneath the frisk of "this"
everything we know is FIST:
a flat-hand splat-spread fingerhead

fried in cactus, loosening
with corn in bread and my relief
with a pepper that you dread
or that surprises you in sweat...

Do ya wanna dance with me?
As the sun is settling
purples and those yellowed greens
hollering the hollowings

echoed

in the canyon's walls:
hello, 'ello,
and 'ow er you?

silence says it all:

atoll

ringing in my ears.

Have you seen Mamma Mia! yet?

This minded me of that. I loved both.

Now it's time for some lunch...

What fun! My cats and dog and I have, now, all succumbed to howlin' and throwin' food and dancin’ 'round the kitchen table.  Thanks.

I've worked a booth or two in my time..

does it show?

And lawsy, Christopher, Mama MIA?

I've not seen it, and hadn't even thought about it, but I guess now I have to put it on my list.

Good to see you, anyway.

Thanks all, for following my trippy mem'ry lane.

Love you all.
