The hospital’s fourth floor; behind it’s iron door
Another world exists, with which to coexist
Would shake us at our core; it’d force us to explore
The souls we would encyst, those hearts we've doomed to cist.

A world devoid of sense, for those we’ve branded dense,
Awaits it’s next poor prey, for whom no one would pray,
And there they will dispense, at taxpayer’s expense
Some drugs to those astray, to keep their ghosts at bay.

There white and grey and blue, adorn the human zoo
All other colours banned, and residents are canned;
Within the walls a crew, to patients won’t endue
The rights that God had planned, for both the saved and damned.

This is a sad, but truthful rendering of saome of todays institutions, sometimes poetry is harsh but then again life is harsh, I believe that it is the poets lot to bring these truths to light. you did a wonderful job of doing just that.
Bravo
