What was it I saw in those eyes?
That look as she walked past me,
With a song in her voice as she said hello,
Oh, such a beautiful Lady is she,

From the first time I saw her smile,
Though I knew it could never be,
I wanted to know more about her,
How could I make her love me?

Should I tell her of these feelings?
Let the spirits of my heart reveal,
Do I take that big step, and let her know,
Exactly how I feel?

Oh, such a beautiful Lady,
Inspiring poems I wanted to say,
I have but one chance, and I must win her over,
Could my rhymes entice her to stay?

She listened to my words then whispered,
In my ear just so I could hear,
You make me believe I’ve known you forever,
And that I have nothing to fear,

So take me away and love me,
Yes you are the one of my dreams,
I can feel the poetry in you soul,
Fly with me on gossamer wings.

The answer is always NO, Until the question is asked.

It looks like I stuttered or something, doesn't it.  I didn't mean to post basically the same message twice.  I was losing a battle with my computer and I didn't realize that I had acutally won.

This poem is worth every comment that it gets though.
